Eurostars is a funding instrument that supports innovative small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), as well as project partners such as large companies, universities, research organisations, and other types of entities. It provides funding for international collaborative research and development (R&D) and innovation projects.

Through participation in Eurostars, organisations gain access to public funding for international collaborative R&D and innovation projects across all sectors and fields.

Eligibility and Project Requirements

To successfully apply for Eurostars funding, applicants must:

define a clear and well-structured project idea
engage in international collaboration by sharing expertise and know-how
develop products, processes, or services with strong potential for commercialisation
Application Process

Interested applicants may submit their project proposals for research, development, and innovation under Eurostars-3 – Call 8 within the period from 17 November 2025 until 14:00 CET on 27 November 2025, using the official Eurostars project platform.
